Having previoulsy worked with MAF, AEMG were selected to provide the Commercial Management and Contract Administration Lead on the refurbishment of this landmark development. The property was refurbished whilst in operation and involved detailed scope variation on a room-by-room basis. The use of sophisticated software tools (including photos) helped facilitate this challanging project.
